I was born and raised in Cuba. I graduated from “Felix Varela University” with my Bachelor in Speech Therapy. Later when I came into United States I went back to college and I earned my degree in Spanish from Kean University. A few years later, I earned my Masters in Spanish Language and Culture from Salamanca University in Spain.
I started my career as Spanish Teacher at West New York elementary School in 2000. In 2006 my husband and I moved to East Windsor and I continue teaching Spanish but now in South Brunswick High School. In 2011 I came to Northern and became part of this family. I start my day teaching my first period class, Spanish for Native Speakers at the Middle School then I continue my day at the High School, where I teach Spanish II and Spanish for Native Speakers.
At home I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog. We enjoy doing outside activities during the summer; we love to bike, swimming, gardening and foreign travel.
